Load effects and other settings

Load effects use the same names for inventory kits and enderchest kits.

`heal`	`false`	Restores the player’s maximum health
`feed`	`false`	Fills the hunger bar
`saturate`	`false`	Sets saturation to 20
`clear-effects`	`false`	Removes active potion effects

kits.load applies to personal and public inventory kits. enderchests.load applies when an enderchest kit loads. Use locations.heal and locations.repair for command and menu restrictions. Kit load effects follow the loading action’s rule. See Worlds and regions.

Key	Effect
`heal.clear-effects`	Makes `/heal` remove potion effects
`death.condensed-drops`	Drops death items in a tight pile
`updates.notify-admins-on-join`	Tells admins when a plugin update exists

Update checks

Version checks run in the background. A slow update server does not hold up startup or player joins. Successful checks are cached for one hour. Failed checks can retry after one minute when another check is requested. Admins joining during a pending check share that request and receive any notification afterward. updates.notify-admins-on-join controls player notifications. Startup checks still run. Notifications are skipped if the admin disconnects, loses permission, or the plugin shuts down before delivery.
